At Monka Studios, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Monka Studios packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
